Introduction
For over 30 years in developing countries, economic problems have created major financial crises in the international community. Developing countries remained so because of their low-income economies. Africa and the Middle East live in various ethnic communities and are subject to political instability and corruption than Asia and Latin America who live in more homogeneous communities. There are additional costs in a population of workers belonging to different ethnic groups because of the diversity, cultural differences, religion and language. The purpose of this model of economic development, addressing economic stability, the problems (value inhibitors), solutions (value drivers), strategies and implementation of economic empowerment, to help developing countries reduce their dependence on developed countries . Many studies have been conducted in developing countries, but none of the studies focus on how developing countries can apply or the use of economic models with less participation from industrialized countries. World Bank and United Nations should thoroughly examine all the possible applications of foreign aid with a focus on this model for developing countries. This model will strengthen the development of a strategic means of monitoring the developing countries for the distribution of the fund for those who can not be used in the model or a practice not to comply. The practical significance of using this model for developing countries to economic success and increase stability and reduce its dependence on developed countries.
Leadership role
In developing countries, most leaders behave and think differently. However, this can not be tolerated by the developed countries, they are the norm and are based on their race, creed, religion, culture, social class, and the assumption of supremacy. Negotiation and conflict management in developing countries is a matter of understanding the genetic makeup of the country. Diversity can do, but these statistics should not be overlooked for the balance of ethnic or sectarian. A style of Western countries negotiating and conflict resolution may not be applicable in developing countries where religion and ethnicity continue to affect the leadership in those countries. Thus, inefficient and ineffective leadership led to social and economic neglect the worst economy and poverty caused in these areas. If politics be put aside and benefits ahead of developed countries, the chances of conflict resolution to be increased.
Leaders who have a vision for change of thinking about the consequences of economic development and the market will in the long term, and places and lives of its citizens. The social problems in Malaysia are due to ethnic Chinese who are not Muslims in a country where over 90 percent of the population is Muslim.
In developed countries, creating situations, focusing on culture and leadership, where leaders of civilization and order. The power is treated as a shared resource, but in most developing countries, the penalty system used by leaders. Leaders use physical threats, economic and social change in the punishments for followers to cause induction of the leaders. The leaders have become so power Wise. These leadership problems have affected the economic structure and market the country. Hence a new model, a step toward a new and better way of life for all developing countries. The western part of Asia is mostly Muslim and untapped resources that have not been examined because of the dictatorship, politics, religion, faith, culture and diversity. To explore these countries and help them to stabilize the market will outperform other developing countries, which in turn get them from instability, poverty and make peace between the sectarian and ethnic groups.
Asia
Before the arrival of the tsunami on December 26, 2005, the countries of South Asia were poor and developing countries. Both the South and East Asia untapped economic resources. These possible resources should be exploited to help develop the economic structure and market the region. The tsunami destroyed the infrastructure, economy and lives of people in the countries of South Asia. In the 6.3-magnitude earthquake that struck central Java in Indonesia on May 27, 2006 destroyed what remained of the tsunami. These countries will benefit from the cash crop, livestock and poultry production because of the weather and adequate availability of natural water that does not require high technology to irrigate farmland. mechanized farming will be introduced and implemented to help maximize the production of agricultural products. The eastern part of South Korea has a comparative advantage over industrial production, trade and industry. Produce and market real estate, car, motorcycle and other small materials in the form of sale will enhance the development of the institution of the market and the economy. This will help stabilize the East and Southeast Asian countries. A stable economy will help resolve and manage conflicts in these countries, different ethnic groups and history of diversity. Economic and market structure may also help the stability of leadership, political and social system. Environmental problems can be addressed to protect against contamination or unhealthy products or waste that may cause harm to people or have a short or long term health problems or can be fatal to humans. If these countries are stable, they will attract foreign investment rather than foreign aid. The military unrest in East Timor are not helping the economic structure and market the young nation.
The four factors that determine economic growth are labor, capital, land and entrepreneurship. Developing countries have more workers with wages lower than developed countries, yet its economic growth is still below that of developed countries. Capital is another problem facing developing countries. They need resources such as equipment, machinery, factories and money to work. Working capital is not synonymous with guns without bullets. Capital will also represent an investment that will pay in the future. Most developing countries have untapped resources such as oil, gold, diamonds, minerals, forests and water to represent this country, which can not stimulate economic growth unless they are exploited and transformed into goods and services. Technology enhances economic growth. A group of agricultural researchers from Texas A & M University and the University of California-Davis acquired four years high of $ 4.4 million U. S. Agency for International Development Mission eGrazing Afghanistan. This discovery will assist farmers of success tend to cattle, sheep, horses and goats. If this system was in place, so he can have an impact during the tsunami in Indonesia. Political and social factors that inhibit economic growth are corruption, instability, lack of leadership and management skills, population growth and lack of business.
Africa
African countries are very poor and boldness of the market structure and economic development. Prior to these countries to global warming, do they have enough of life, with its comparative advantage of its sources of raw materials. Some crops have to be irrigated, some animals and birds have to be technologically upgraded, and market structure to be renovated, developed and implemented. The improvement in agriculture will help poor farmers to send their children to school, build infrastructure, develop the quality of institutions and a functioning transport.
Middle East
Middle East is a region of turbulence due to the instability associated with religion, oil, dictatorship, and the influence of developed countries. The Iraq war has devastated the entire region, and some with Israel, the conflict between Palestinians and Lebanese, which led to situations of economic disadvantage more than this amount in billions of U.S. dollars. The destruction of infrastructure, and the lost lives of the Lebanese economy has the country for decades.
Latin America
The development of Latin American countries can derive from agriculture, forestry and fishing, mining and manufacturing. These Latinos can help rebuild their country instead of trying to emigrate to the United States of America. If supported, they will improve the economy of their countries and assist in the marketing of agricultural and other natural resources. Immigrants spend much time in the State of California’s farms, factories in Illinois, North Carolina, and areas in the northeastern United States are mainly in the food industry. These efforts can be redirected to Latin America to develop the entire area.
The political infighting, lack of administrative capacity and supremacy may have stifled the economic and business structures of most Latin American countries. For decades, Latinos have traveled to the northern border of the United States of America in search of a better life. This economic situation has led to the death and maiming of people trying to use the United States of America to enter. The smugglers, known as “coyotes” have made huge profits in this illegal attempt to Latinos across the border transportation. Ventures is very dangerous due to hot, rail, he was unhygienic, bad weather, lack of food, water and other unknown threats along the way to the border. Immigrants month to travel to the border and in most cases do not make the United States because they are caught and sent back south of the border. Most groups have resorted to kidnapping gang in a wealthy American living in America to the United States side of the border for huge ransoms, the demand of thousands of dollars in exchange for the hostages and in most cases the victims are dead. Families are separated by broken economy as men their families have lived for years to get money to feed in the north of the border. Income is not divided among the population, the rich richer while the poor get poorer. The people of Latin America deserve more from their leaders and their natural resources has not happened due to corruption and drug lords who are driven by coercion, intimidation and fear.
The four “Pies” to developing countries
The poverty results from lack of opportunities, education and low literacy levels. These countries do not put too much emphasis on education as a resource to marry more than one woman with many children. Agriculture and livestock are the main sources of food production and livelihoods. Ethnicity is attributed to many tribes, languages and dialects. Also contributing to the lack of trust between different ethnic groups, due to a lack of understanding of each others culture and tradition. Became a country, but different people. The instability is created by the absence of a stable government by corrupt leaders, who always come to power in order to steal money. This eventually leads to no mandate to build infrastructure and economic development and market for the country. When people’s needs are not met, the majority of time in developing countries, the rebellion began when the government neglects a certain group of people. When people are deprived of the necessities of life, while the other group has it all because of their ethnicity and religious sect, it creates tensions that lead to a “ticking bomb” about to explode. These most times cause conflicts that are attributable to hatred, sabotage, insurrection, revolution, and deaths. This is common in developing countries where corruption and venality have played a role because of selfishness on the part of leaders. Leaders therefore resort to intimidation of their citizens and, therefore, these countries control by coercion.
17 Strategies for implementation of the economic structure and market in developing countries
(1) A comprehensive training across the country to be set. This can be in the local dialect and language in order to make it easier for citizens of this region. (7) Foreign investments and ownership should be considered as part of promotion of investment and savings for economic growth. This method can help developing countries invest less money in capital goods, the creation of more competitive markets, and the curves to reduce or eliminate corruption.
(8) of the local leaders, ethnic group, who act as agents or intermediaries between the government and their ethnic group. These local leaders can be selected by the group they represent and approved by the government to ensure they are working for the people they represent and for their own interests. In addition, African experts are contracted to the limits fixed by any corruption.
(9) People have certain religious beliefs and different ways of thinking, and as such must be separated according to their sect to the market structure and economic development. People who understand that certain groups are the moments when they pray, no problem doing business with such groups as assigned. This can reduce the stress for those who understand the culture of the religious group, and for those who do not have the tensions and conflicts, which is the reason for grouping people based on their religious sect.
(10) The government should establish a “watch dog groups” for police and programs to ensure that programs are in place and working. A trial period of three years should be set for a program of economic and market structure that is made to these countries. That’s enough time to evaluate the program in place to ensure its feasibility. Experts in Africa should be involved in all stages of implementation to combat corruption and promote stability.
(11) Poverty can be reduced if adequate infrastructure and stable economy and market, and government leaders through local leaders aimed at all citizens’ problems. The essentials – clothing, housing and food – may be the top priorities for these countries to reduce poverty.
(12) Professionals and skilled workers should be encouraged by the issue of incentives to motivate them to stay and live in these developing countries and those in developing countries to help rather than leave for developed countries. Mass exodus of these developing countries only hinders and delays the development of these countries.
(13) Construction of infrastructure such as roads, buildings and bridges are important to the economic structure and market in developing countries. Food and other necessities of life can be transported to their destinations as quickly as they are needed as a good infrastructure is in place. It may also encourage foreign investment. Investors will prefer to invest in stable countries unstable.
(14) construction and installation of adequate water in developing countries and to all parts of the country will also help build economic structures and stable market. Will help reduce diseases like typhoid and malaria, which usually comes from polluted water. It will help children focus on education and literacy programs to help instead of traveling miles and miles to get water from streams and wells. Some of these children die in this water to take out adventures.
(15) Installation of electrical system can help the growth of communities. Companies can not function properly when the electricity is missing. As such, these countries need electricity in all areas of the country as a form of economic development and market structure to help companies operate and grow, helping to store food and eliminate the waste of otherwise safe food was stored in cold storage and refrigeration.
(16) Social Organizations should be introduced to help the poor out of poverty and give them the opportunity to operate their own small businesses to give. These organizations were established by government and nonprofit organizations, and the aim is people skills and business issue interest-free loans at the starter to allow them to manage their own business, that instead of taking them to poverty free. They will be guided to the nature of business to open, as open, where they open, and why they should open this kind.
(17) potential targets can be achieved through the application of using this model as a condition of receiving funding or foreign aid. As a way to check and ensure that money intended for them to developing countries undertake to use and implement this model. This model will monitor and police the project development. The purpose of this requirement is not discriminating against developing countries, but for citizens of those countries to help if they are not in order to benefit from this funding and external assistance, which usually end up being abused, misguided and bad for others private and personal effects of leaders due to corruption and corruption.
